This green houseplant is also known as Dypsis Lutenscens. The Areca palm belongs to the palm family. The palm is also called gold palm. The Areca palm does not like direct sunlight. Preferably place the Areca palm in a spot in partial shade and at least 5 meters away from the window. The potting soil for the Areca Palm should always feel slightly moist. Be careful with too much water! The roots should not be flooded. Please note: plants are a living product and may differ from the photo and description. Our plants are delivered in a plastic growing pot. All plants are packaged and shipped directly from the nursery.
